These terms cover the billroom.in website. They were last updated on 27 September 2026.
BillRoom is GST billing and books software for Indian businesses. Prices shown on the site are per month and exclude GST. The first 20 sales invoices are free, with no time limit. After that, billing continues on a paid plan.
- Plan limits — users, businesses, e-way bills, and the CA portal — are the ones listed on the pricing section.
- Features and prices can change. The price you are on stays until you change plan or we tell you before a renewal.
- Starting a paid plan means accepting the product terms shown when you create an account.
